The ‘Bob Harris - Americana Emerging Artist of the Year 2024’ - Jonny Morgan is an Indie Singer/Songwriter with an unashamed passion for ambient and emotive soundscapes - drawing inspiration from artists such as Nathaniel Rateliff, Alabama Shakes and Michael Kiwanuka.

 

Having journeyed across North America in 2022, Jonny returned back to London in early 2023 where he released his highly anticipated debut album ‘Good Luck With the Music’ which landed him support from the likes of BBC INTRODUCING, Mahogany Sessions and Absolute Country.

He has performed live at venues such as Glastonbury Festival, Union Chapel, the Bluebird Cafe (Nashville), Black Deer, and O2 Academies, captivating audiences with his heartfelt folk songs, charismatic storytelling and insights into his craft.

The start of 2024 saw Jonny performing at the UK AMA Awards alongside Jason Isbell, Drew Holcomb, and Michele Stodart (The Magic Numbers). Jonny continues to evolve his artistry as he carves out his place in the music industry.
